▸ Our items are custom made based on your selection, please allow 2-5 business days for production time.
▸ Your order will be shipped right away after production time. You can expect your order in 5-7 days. Delivery time might take longer than usual time during Holidays. Please plan accordingly.
▸If you order a custom item, we'll send you a preview for your approval before moving forward to production. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any orders for which we do not receive approval. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the final product!
▸ If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us right away. Once in production we’re unable to make any changes.
▸ If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped.
