When will my items be shipped?

Our items are custom made based on your selection, please allow 2-5 business days for production time.
Your order will be shipped right away after production time. You can expect your order in 5-7 days. Delivery time might take longer than usual time during Holidays. Please plan accordingly. 

Shipping times are calculated with business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays.  If you haven’t received your item(s) within three weeks of ordering, please contact addimakdesigns@gmail.com

Where are my items shipping from?

All items will be shipped from the US. We have print providers all over the United States.

How will my items be shipped?

Items are shipped out by all carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL). We do deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! We love custom orders! Contact us at addimakdesigns@gmail.com and let us know what you are wanting.

If you order a custom item, we'll send you a preview for your approval before moving forward to production. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any orders for which we do not receive approval. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the final product!

Can I personalize items?

Can I place a group/bulk order?

Yes, we also love group orders! Just let us know if there is anything special you want and we will get on it. addimakdesigns@gmail.com

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us right away. Once in production we’re unable to make any changes.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

Why isn't my order going through?

First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered during checkout does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.

Be sure to use an up-to-date browser when looking at the site, like Google Chrome.

Can I return my order?

All of our products are custom printed just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size. If there are any issues with your item please message as soon as possible, we’ll be happy to assist!

What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number, and a clear picture of the issue. This will help with quality control, and prevent the same situation in the future. 

What is the process for the designs on shirts and sweatshirts?

They are a Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printed. The ink is printed INTO the fabric, not sitting on top of it, it will not crack and peel like vinyl.

How do I care for my items?

Apparel -

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle.

Tumble dry low, or hang - dry for a longer life.
Do not iron directly.

Do not dry clean.

Ceramic Mugs -

Dishwasher safe or handwash with mild detergent for longer life

Microwave safe

Iced Coffee Glass Can Sippers - 

Handwash only with mild detergent
